My Ghetto Report Card is the 9th studio album by long-time Bay Area rapper E-40. It was released on March 14, 2006. The album contains two of E-40's most well-known singles, "Tell Me When to Go" and "U and Dat." The album cover has the fraternity emblem of Theta Nu Epsilon for reasons unknown.

The album debuted at #3 on the Billboard 200 and #1 on the Hip-Hop/R&B charts[1], and has spawned the #13 hit "U and Dat".[2] The album has been certified Gold by the RIAA.[3]
